1. Agreement

By accessing heygenaivideogenerator.lol you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your Google sign-in credentials secure. You must be old enough to enter a binding contract in your jurisdiction.

3. Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed through Stripe on a monthly or yearly cycle. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Cancelling stops the next renewal and your plan stays active until the end of the current cycle.

4. Acceptable use

Do not use the service to create content that is unlawful, deceptive, harassing, or that infringes the rights of others. Do not attempt to bypass usage limits or resell access without a written agreement.

5. Your content

You keep ownership of the prompts and media you upload and of the videos you generate, subject to the third-party rights involved. We process them only to run the service.

6. Availability

The service is provided on an as-is basis. Features may change, and simulated queues or demo states may pause without notice.
